The business was founded by Ray and Angela Hiller to help individuals, families, employees, and business owners access practical, education-based solutions for long-term preparedness. Rather than offering a single product, we connect clients to complementary solutions built around real needs, employer operations, employee well-being, and family security alike.

Ray Hiller
Co-Founder and CEO
Ray brings extensive experience in operations, workforce management, safety, training, process improvement, and business strategy. His background helps H&H understand the everyday challenges employers face around productivity, retention, workforce well-being, and operational performance.
Angela Hiller, MSHR, SHRM-CP
Co-Founder and CFO
Angela brings experience in human resources, workforce development, employee benefits, compliance, training, and financial education. She is also a licensed Life and Health Insurance professional. Her background helps H&H connect with employers, employees, families, and community members through education-first conversations.
